Silo began its second season on November 15, 2024 after a well received season one that we reviewed previously<\/a>. The drama is gripping and realistic centering on a future world where humankind has destroyed and polluted the surface with the remnants of our species seeking shelter in what viewers were led to believe was a single mostly underground Silo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Subsequent to watching season one, TeamWHR<\/a> decided to review and analyze Silo. <\/a>This as a result of having been greatly impressed by the depth of the story arc from Hugh Howey\u2019s<\/a> successful novels that were created for television by Graham Yost<\/a>. Silo<\/a> as a science fiction series features fabulous character acting, creative costumes, superb set design, and vibrant visual effects that bring this delightful dystopian adventure to life on our screens each week!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The series stars Rebecca Ferguson<\/a> as Juliette Nichols, Tim Robbins<\/a> as Mayor Bernard Holland, Harriet Walter<\/a> as Martha Walker, Common<\/a> as Robert Sims, Shane McRae<\/a> as Knox, David Oyelowo<\/a> as Sheriff Holsten, Billy Postlethwaite<\/a> as Hank, Iain Glen<\/a> as Dr. Pete Nichols, Chinaza Uche<\/a> as Paul Billings, Avi Nash<\/a> as Lucas Kyle, Remmie Milner<\/a> as Shirley Campbell, Christian Ochoa Lavernia<\/a> as Amundsen, Olatunji Ayofe<\/a> as Teddy, Caitlin Zoz<\/a> as Kathleen Billings, Tanya Moodie<\/a> as Judge Mary Meadows, Chipo Chung<\/a> as Sandy, Angela Yeoh<\/a> as Deputy Molly Karins, Matt Gomez Hidaka as Cooper, Will Patton<\/a> as Deputy Marnes, a return of Amelie Child Villiers<\/a> as young Juliette, and a stellar supporting cast and crews<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We were delighted to \u00a0learn at the end of the season one episode ten \u201cOutside<\/a>\u201d that Juliette discovers there are multiple Silos. A large city pictured in the distance represents opportunities for continuing the saga in future episodes and years up ahead.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When Juliette escapes her own Silo that had become a virtual prison for anyone who doesn\u2019t follow the rigid protocol of Miscreant Mayor Holland and his henchmen, she sets out on an adventure to discover what has happened to humanity. Not all of what Juliette finds is pretty!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
