Welcome back Treadstone<\/a> lovers!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Treadstone<\/a>‘s\u00a0 action-packed season one, episode ten\u00a0 \u201cThe Cicada Covenant<\/a>\u201d was written by Tim Kring<\/a> and Dave Kalstein<\/a>, and directed by Jeremy Webb.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the Final First Season Episode, It\u2019s All in the Cicada Family!<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In this final episode of the first season, Soyun (played by Hyo-Joo Han<\/a>) is finally reunited with her husband, only to find out her son has been sent off to the North Korean version of the Cicada School. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Doug McKenna (played by Brian J. Smith<\/a>) has taken over a Cicada mission with the objective of assassinating an innocent tribal leader, Padre Vicuna (played by Edgar Duran<\/a>), who has the audacity of standing in the way of progress. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Doug is caught between his drive to protect this innocent man and concern over what will happen to his wife Samantha (played by Tess Haubrich<\/a> ) who is managing the Cicada handlers back home, at risk of discovering their deception if the Padre is not killed on schedule. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tara is activated as a Cicada<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Finally, the Treadstone<\/a> multiple subplots converge where we find out that Tara Coleman (played by Tracy Ifeachor<\/a>) turns out to be a Cicada! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Now Cicada activated, we suddenly find that she is activated to kill the very man who killed her friends, the evil Stiletto Six ICBM broker Yuri Leniov (played by Merab Nindze<\/a>). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ellen Becker activates Tara<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Tara\u2019s activation is done with CIA Deputy Director Ellen Becker\u2019s supervision (played by Michelle Forbes<\/a>), and while it momentarily seems now she is more involved in the Cicada problem than she perhaps has seemed in previous episodes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There is still a sense that her superior, Dan Levine (played by Michael Gaston<\/a>), is driving this fiasco, and it is in this episode that Becker\u2019s trusted agent Matt Edwards (played by Omar Metwally<\/a>) finds his life in danger. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As all these parts and players converge in the final episode of the first season, we also have Old Petra (played by Gabrielle Scharnitzky<\/a>) on her way to reunite with the now-old J Randolph Bentley (young Bentley played by Jeremy Irvine<\/a>; young Petra played by Emilia Sch\u00fcle<\/a>).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
